The University of Utah (University) on behalf of the University Guest House is seeking to remodel their guest room shower surrounds (Vendor). Proposed items or systems must be able to provide services as described in the attached scope of work and minimum specifications. 1.0 Scope of work: The University Guest House needs around 110 guest room shower surrounds to be updated within a 24 month period. We will expect to have 4 or 5 bathrooms completed each month. # of rooms to be done: 110 Material: Cast Marble Color: Bright White Surround to include: 2 side panels - ~30" x72" x 3/8" 1 back panel - ~60" x 72" x 3/8" 1 ceiling panel - ~60" x 30" x 3/8" 2 edge trims - ~2" x 86" x 5/8" 1 corner shelf Please see "Attachment A - Shower Surrounds Measurements" Picture of completed surround is attached as "Completed Surround Image" Quote to include: Demo and removal of old surround Installation of new surround Materials needed for install and finish
