The city of burbank water and power (BWP) department is requesting proposals from experienced and responsible engineering consultants (firms) to develop a comprehensive water facilities master plan that will entail a multi-faceted condition assessment of all potable water facilities. Note: Email or facsmile submittals will not be accepted. Direct bidder contact with BWP staff regarding this RFP will not be accepted, and could subject the bidder to disqualification. All questions must be submitted electronically no later than 4:00 p.M. On friday, february 4, 2022. Note: you must be logged in as a vendor to submit a question.
