Site work for a civil project in Rosemere, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Upgrades and repairs to the city road infrastructure. The scope of the project includes upgrades to the road, water and sewer infrastructure in the Terrasse Cadieux Street area. The project involves the improvement of drainage (laying of pipes, pumping station and storm water outfall for the discharge of runoff water and water pumped to the Mille-Iles River), replacement and looping of an aqueduct line on the street sections, assistance in aligning the drainage design of another project (rainwater retention in the Parc des Saules) with this project reconstruction of Rue Terrasse Cadieux. The work site is limited by Grande-Côte Road to the north, Maisonneuve Street to the west, Glendale Street to the east and Rivière des Mille-Iles to the south. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. According to the project development scheduling completion of the project design is anticipated in late spring/early summer 2024 and will be followed by a tender for the general contractor in mid-/late summer of the same year. Construction start is anticipated in fall 2024.
