The building construction will be of standard construction materials, wood, metal, and concrete construction and energy efficient design and construction to ensure for minimizing utility cost(electricity and propane) The purchase of the furnishings and equipment will follow established procurement policies of Picuris Pueblo. Picuris Pueblo will own and maintain the building. This project is included in the 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
