Approximately 100,000 gallons of MC 800 Bituminous Material to be delivered at any point in Otter Tail County by transport truck equipped with pump for unloading. All material will be purchased in transport truck lots. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked "Seasonal Supply of Bituminous Material". The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities. Otter Tail County is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
