Site Directions:1635 Ottertail Dr., Fergus Falls, MN The work shall be performed in accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual consists of the following major items: Demolition of Existing Underground Tanks Demolition of Existing Buildings Asbestos Abatement Removal of Manholes Removal of Fire Hydrants Backfilling Excavations for Removal of Structures Site Grading Seeding. City of Fergus Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, to hold the bids for a period not to exceed Sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening. City of Fergus Falls further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the City of Fergus Falls, Minnesota in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. This is to serve as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract for the performance of such work if the Contract is awarded to them.
