Furnish Hot Mix Bituminous Material picked up at Supplier's plant. Item I - 14,000 Tons of Mix This will be a firm price for the 2022 Construction Season. Material to be furnished as called for by the Engineer. The anticipated seasonal requirement of Hot Mix Bituminous materials for this area are listed in the proposal and shall be used for bidding purposes. The actual contract quantities can be expected to vary with the need. Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the Dead Lake Room at the Government Services Center, 500-600 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls, MN. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked "Seasonal Supply of Hot Mix Bituminous Material". The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities. Otter Tail County is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
