Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Grand Island, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Budget: $200,000 - $500,000 Each Proposal must be accompanied by cash, Certified Check, payable to the Town of Grand Island, or Bid Bond, having as surety thereon, a surety company acceptable to the Town Attorney, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Bid, conditioned that, if his Proposal is accepted, he will enter into a Contract for the same, for the faithful performance of the Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five days after the date set for the opening thereof, but may withdraw same at any time prior to the scheduled time for the opening of Bids. Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Contract term: 4/1/2022 - 10/31/2022 The Town of Grand Island reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities, or to make an award to the lowest responsible Bidder. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Construction of this project will be done in strict accordance with the State of New York Department of Transportation policies, procedures and specifications entitled Standard Specifications, Construction and Materials adopted September 1, 2021 and addenda issued through the date of advertising. The General Provisions of Contract, Contract Forms of Proposal, Agreement, Bonds, General Construction Specifications, Materials of Construction that are contained in the specifications will be adhered to in all respects. The items of work include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of all labor and materials for the Baseline Road Sidewalks in the Town of Grand Island, including sidewalk construction, drainage adjustments, signs, striping and miscellaneous work. Traffic and access to properties will be maintained during all construction operations.
