The Construction of this project will be done in strict accordance with the State of New York Department of Transportation policies, procedures and specifications entitled Standard Specifications, Construction and Materials adopted September 1, 2021 and addenda issued through the date of advertising. The General Provisions of Contract, Contract Forms of Proposal, Agreement, Bonds, General Construction Specifications, Materials of Construction that are contained in the specifications will be adhered to in all respects. The items of work include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of all labor and materials for the Baseline Road Sidewalks in the Town of Grand Island, including sidewalk construction, drainage adjustments, signs, striping and miscellaneous work. Traffic and access to properties will be maintained during all construction operations.
