Erosion and sediment pollution controls 2. Replacement of bridge superstructure 3. Beam seat modification 4. Substructure repairs 5. Approach roadway construction 6. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Last date for questions is March 11, 2022. Questions delivered by personal visitations, telephone calls, emails, and/or fax will not be accepted, distributed, or returned. Bidders are required to submit with their bid, a bid guaranty of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, in the form of cash, certified, or bank cashier's check made payable to the Washington Township Board of Supervisors, or a bond with approved surety. In addition, a public works employment verification form and an Anti-Collusion Affidavit must be completed and submitted with the bid. Prevailing minimum wage rates in accordance with the PA Prevailing Wage Act shall apply to this project. Construct the project beginning on or about June 1, 2022 and complete all work by June 1, 2023.
