The University of Regina, represented by Facilities Management, currently has approximately nine hundred sixty-six (966) fire extinguishers in twenty-eight (28) properties/buildings and in thirty (30) vehicles, which require six year maintenance hydrostatic testing inspection/recharging or replacing as per the Appendix B- Fire Extinguisher Quantity(s) and Locations. Through this process the University seeks to select and award one (1) reputable Contractor and establish terms and conditions that would govern the Fire Extinguisher Inspection & Replacement/Recharging for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year terms.
