Site work for a water / sewer project in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City is taking proactive measures to rehabilitate its water mains. Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) relining of the water mains is one of the methods being used to reduce pipe failure and extend the service life of the water mains. There are approximately 13 locations with a total length of about 4.5 km that are tentatively scheduled for CIPP relining in 2022. The water mains range from 150 mm to 200 mm in diameter. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, CIPP relining of the locations and associated work such as site inspection, traffic control, temporary water supply, pit excavation and backfill, replacement of fittings, valves and hydrants, robotic reinstatement of services, etc. Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca Bid value not released for publication.
