Renovation of a municipal facility in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project consists of bank stabilization at Hardage Trace crossing along with a bid alternate for spincrete of dual barrel CMP. The time allowed for completion of the project will be 60 calendar days. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the aforementioned project. 100% PERFORMANCE BOND (Five Percent (5%) of Bid) 110% LABOR AND MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise; and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time. The City shall pay the contractor for performance of the work after completion and acceptance of the work by the City. Questions will not be responded to after Friday, February 11, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Answers will be provided and shared with all bidders.
