Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Glarus, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: 4,100 linear feet (lf) of concrete curb and gutter, 9,350 tons of dense graded base, 1,550 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement, 1,950 lf of sanitary sewer, 2,215 lf of reinforced concrete storm sewer, common excavation, restoration, appurtenances, and miscellaneous items. The Village of New Glarus reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
