Site work and paving for a road / highway in New Glarus, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Estimate of Major Quantities Pavement Milling and Re-laid HMA: 2,350 sq. yds. Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total bid amount, payable to the Treasurer of the Village of New Glarus as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the Contract. The Certified Check is returnable to the bidder immediately after the signing of the Contract. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price, a Certificate of Insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the successful bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The contractor shall be pre-qualified by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to perform the work in this bid. The work described herein is subject to the provisions of Section 66.0903 Wisconsin Statutes and the law and ordinances of the Village of New Glarus to wage rates payable on the work.
