Questions must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. EST on February 2, 2022. Scope: The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery and other inherently related activities of the Products and Services and in compliance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in this ITB. The Company must be able to meet Charlotte Department of Transportation, Street Maintenance Division needs for the delivery, pick up and pumping of CRS-2, CRS-2L and CRS-1 liquid asphalt. Unit pricing shall include all transportation, pump, hose, and tank drop charges in the bid price. All Products and component parts furnished under the Contract shall be new, shall comply with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in this ITB, and shall operate in full compliance with these Specifications.
