Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Furnish materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install a new shade structure at Shafter Elementary School. 1. This solicitation is for the complete installation (materials and labor) of a shade structure similar to the attached PIC#1 Document. 2. The area to be shaded is approximately 30 X 90, and the minimum clearance for the structure is 14 high in accordance with the Federal Fire Department regulations. Contractors may inspect the area on the day of the prebid meeting. 3. All frame coating/paint color and fabric colors will be selected by the school. All work shall be per manufacturers specifications and recommendations, and shall be performed to industry standards. Contractor must follow all current local city & county codes. Along with the Manufacturer's standard material warranty, the contractor shall provide a one-year written warranty for defects in materials and workmanship on this project. This project tentatively scheduled to commence upon award of a purchasem order and be completed by July 29, 2022. To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractors license classification C-44b. Vendors must ask questions regarding project to the contact person by 4:30pm 2/2/2022. Answers to questions will be addressed by 4:30pm 2/3/2022.
