The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation (HDOT), Highways Division is seeking qualified civil engineering firms to provide Open Ended Construction Management (CM)/Construction Support (CS) Services, District of Kauai, Project Nos. HWY-CMCS-22-01K and HWY-CMCS-22-02K. In accordance with 103D-304, HRS, the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation (HDOT), Highways Division is seeking qualified civil engineering firms to provide Open Ended Construction Management (CM)/Construction Support (CS) Services, District of Kauai, Project Nos. HWY-CMCS-22-01K and HWY-CMCS-22-02K. The work involves district specific CM and CS Services of various State Highway projects and will consist of providing such services on an "as-required" basis. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract, in accordance with 3-122-143, HAR. A contract time of performance of one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year options to extend, and a not to exceed amount of $5,000,000.00 per year is anticipated.
