The Base Bid consists of a 2 asphalt overlay on V Road, starting at the Meade/Seward County line, then proceeding east approximately 10.55 miles to K-23 Highway. The Add Alternate consists of a 2" asphalt overlay on 5 Road, starting at V Road, then proceeding south approximately 2.0 miles to X Road, then on X Road proceeding east approximately 0.62 miles. Pre-Qualification: Yes Site Directions: On V Road, starting at the Meade/Seward County line, then proceeding east approximately 10.55 miles to K-23 Highway. Add alternate is on 5 Road, starting at V Road, then proceeding south approximately 2. miles to X Road, then on X Road proceeding east approximately 0.62 miles.
