This project will be a total turn-key contract with all work being performed by the Contractor unless otherwise stated. The Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, sub-contractors, supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. The contractor will install approximately 748 linear feet of new W-Beam guardrail located at John Redmond Reservoir, Coffey County, Kansas. COPIES OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS AND AMENDMENTS Copies of the solicitation and amendments are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents will be posted through the Sam Contract Opportunities (formerly FedBizOpps/FBO) website at: https://www.sam.gov. It shall be the offeror's responsibility to check the sam.gov website for any amendments. The offeror shall submit all requested information specified in this solicitation. Read the solicitation and all amendments in their entirety. There will be no public opening of quotes received as a result of this solicitation. Please NOTE this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to responding to this solicitation. The NIST score is a acceptability item. Bids/offers from contractors w ith a NIST score in SPRS w ill be considered acceptable and evaluated/considered for aw ard. A missing NIST score is a "minor clarification" or "limited exchange" of information and offeror is given opportunity to cure the defect; i.e. comply w / NIST score requirement. If an offeror refuses to comply, they w ill be deemed not responsible. Site Preparation and Vehicular Guardrail Installation activities located at John Redmond Reservoir, Coffey County, Kansas This acquisition is solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this project: 237310 Highw ay, Street and Bridge Construction Size Standard: $39.5 million. In accordance w ith FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction contract is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. The government POC for this requirement is Mr. Jon A.
