The Board of County Commissioners of Coffey County, Kansas, will accept sealed bids for Project No. A2202-C, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) - Paving Surface Improvement Project. The project consists of approximately 2.5 miles of 1.5 Hot Mix (26 width) Overlay on 11th Rd. Kafir Rd. to Lynx Rd. 11th Lane - Kafir Rd. - Lynx Rd. Kafir Rd. - 11th Rd. - 11th Ln. The Bid Security will be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to execute and deliver the agreement, payment and performance bonds within ten (10) days of Notice of Award. The Board of County Commissioners of Coffey County, Kansas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and the right to waive any or all informalities or irregularities therein.
