CONTRACT TIME This project must reach TOTAL completion within 315 calendar days from the notice to proceed This project is estimated at $5,630,552.50 All transactions regarding this contract shall be done in compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141- 3144, and3146- 3148) and the requirements of 29 C.F.R. pt. 5 as may be applicable.
