A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bidder shall submit with the bid an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful Bidders contract. If the Bidder is to submit a certified check or cashiers check, it must be received at the Bergen County Improvement Authority no later than the time stated at 327 E. Ridgewood Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652. All Other Documents Must Be Submitted Electronically. All Bid Addenda will be issued on the website as well as in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23c.
