Board of Education of the Special Services School District in the County of Bergen is soliciting through the Fair and Open Process in accordance with the New Jersey Local Unit Pay to Play Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20 et seq. qualifications for the following professional services: Architectural Services, Auditor and Financial Advisory Services, Construction Management Services, Engineering Services, Insurance Consultant--Broker of Record, Legal Counsel--Board Attorney, Legal Counsel--Special Counsel, and Medical Services--School Physician. All questions regarding the Request for Qualifications must be made in writing and directed to the John Susino, Business Administrator/Board Secretary at johsus@bergen.org. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any informality in the RFQ process, and to accept any submissions which, in its judgment, are most advantageous, price and other factors considered, and will best serve the interest of the Board of Education. All submissions must include a copy of a valid Business Registration Certificate issued by the N.J. Department of the Treasury, Division of Revenue. Individuals and/or firms submitting qualification statements are also required to comply with the equal employment opportunity requirements responding individuals and/or firms are required to submit Chapter 271 Political Disclosure Form. The review committee shall open and evaluate RFQ proposals/packages from June 15--July 8, 2022. The Board shall award contracts on July 8, 2022, or such time as the Board may reorganize. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
