Preliminary Scope of Services : Village of Russells Point -Allocation and Neighborhood Revitalization Project Logan County is proposing to use $800,000 in CDBG Allocation and Neighborhood Revitalization funds and $229,300 in local funds for engineering and construction to install parks and recreation facilities: 400 ft of walkway, 100 ft of landscaping, 1 athletic field repair, 6 benches, 1 restroom facility, and 1 general park improvement. The project will install 1,960 LF of 5' wide sidewalk and 655 LF and curbs. The street improvements include reconstructing 475 ft of Oakcrest Court and install 1,050 ft of crosswalk line on Main Street. The project also includes replacing/installing 420 ft of 6" watermain, 2 gate valves, and 120 ft of service branch in the Village of Russells Point.
