Renovation of a water / sewer project in Alpena, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Alpena will receive Proposals for the purchase and installation of four (4) sluice gate valves, six (6) gate valves and manual actuators for the Water Production Plant mixing chamber and sediment basin valves. These valves are located in basins which are part of the water treatment process. Draining of these areas will be done to allow for access, however urgency of installation must be understood. The City reserves the right to reject any proposals and to waive irregularities in proposals, which may be in the best interest of the City.
