Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lodi, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of April 21, 2022, project was awarded to B & M Builders Inc but awarded amount is not available.** The work consist of improvements to the existing alley north of Walnut Street (Washington Street to Central Avenue). The project includes replacement of approximately 15,000 square feet of pavement and 1,400 square feet of concrete, and other incidental and related work. The Contractor agrees to commence work within 15 calendar days after both parties have signed the contract, or as agreed-upon by the City and the Contractor in writing. Furthermore the Contract agrees to complete the work within 40 calendar days. Upon submitting a bid, Contractor agrees that length of time of the contract is reasonable. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the completion of such forms, and to award to the lowest responsible bidder.
