Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Half Moon Bay, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,728-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

In general, this project includes a new amphitheater including terraced seating, a new stage with storage space and changing room, a children's play area, picnic area, restroom and concession stand building, park access improvements, a solidarity trail, landscaping, lighting, and other utility improvements. The work is to be complete within a period of 160 working days, unless otherwise agreed upon after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A Notice to Proceed will be issued once all insurance, bonds, and critical submittals have been approved. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the above-specified time limit, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the City, computed at the rate of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) for each calendar day beyond the specified time limit until the project is completed.
