The project will include curb and gutter, sidewalk, drainage, and other street related improvements as needed by the Public Works Department on the west side of Saguaro Drive between Broadway Avenue and Apache Trail in Apache Junction. All work under this contract shall be done in accordance with these bid documents including: the construction plans entitled, "Saguaro Drive Roadway Improvements Broadway Avenue to Apache Trail, Project Number PWC 2018-02"; the Special Provisions herein; Engineering Standards and Details of the City of Apache Junction; and the latest "Uniform Standard Specifications and Details for Public Works Construction" by the Maricopa Association of Governments. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid, payable to the order of the City of Apache Junction, using the surety bid bond form provided.
