The Chicago Park District ("CPD") is soliciting bids from experienced firms with the capacity for the annual installation, removal and maintenance of the tent and marquee at Northerly Island. This contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid fully complies with all of the terms and conditions of this Invitation for Bids, and whose Total Annual Price is the lowest. Any questions and/or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing to the Department of Purchasing no later than Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. The CPD also reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to withdraw, cancel, or reissue this specification, in whole or in part, in the event that competition is deemed inadequate or that it is otherwise in the best interest of the CPD.
