Q and A period: January 27, 2022 to February 8, 2022 General Services is seeking bids for the abatement of flooring. This will include the removal and disposal of all carpet, tiles and mastics. General Services is seeking two (2) different bid options Bid Option 1 - Rooms 101-112, including hallways/walkways. Approximately 2,229 sqft.. Bid Option 2 - Room 101 Approximately 360 sqft All questions must be received in writing and should be addressed to Jon Hall at 190 Greenhorn Road, Yreka CA 96097 or jshall@co.siskiyou.ca.us The deadline to submit questions is February 8, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. The Vendor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of any awarded contract The award of the Contract, should it be awarded, will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders whose Bid complies with all of the requirements prescribed, based on what is in the best interest of the County. Such award, if made, will be made within sixty (60) days after the opening of the sealed bids. The County of Siskiyou reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts as a result of this Request for Bids (RFB)
