Substantial completion shall be on or before April 29, 2022. Final completion shall be on or before May 13, 2022 INSTALL AND REMOVE TEMPORARY HYDRANT AND BLOWOFF Where shown on the plans, this bid item includes all work for the temporary hydrant & blowoff per standard specifications and removal of it as well. SALVAGE GRAVEL & PLACE SALVAGED GRAVEL Where shown on the plans, the Contractor shall remove and salvage gravel. Gravel required for the "Place Salvaged Gravel" shall be stockpiled for reuse and compacted and placed at the same thickness as existing gravel. WATER MAIN PIPE, RESTRAINED JOINT PIPE Bid item for Water Main Pipe, Restrained Joint Pipe, shall meet all requirements T.C- 805272
