Provide maintenance and repairs to a cast-in-place/pre-cast parking structure constructed approximately 2008-2009 per the IFB. Some City owned or maintained facilities will be temporarily and/or conditionally opened and available for site investigations and/or construction work. Based on recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Virginia Department of Health and the Thomas Jefferson Health District, all City staff, contractors and vendors must adhere to strict social distancing recommendations, wearing of face coverings, enhanced sanitizing procedures, and apply relevant workplace guidance and regulations from state and federal authorities. Project Description: Provide maintenance and repairs to a cast-in-place/pre-cast parking structure constructed approximately 2008-2009. Repair shallow concrete floor spalls and delaminations as detailed in project drawings. Repair shallow vertical/overhead spalls and delaminations in concrete as detailed in project drawings. Rout and seal partial-depth floor cracks as detailed in project drawings. Epoxy inject vertical/overhead cracks as detailed in project drawings. Clean and coat exposed steel / metals as detailed in project drawings. Repair settlement at 1st Floor entry as detailed in project drawings. Double tee flange connection repair as detailed in project drawings. Replace joint sealants & expansion joints as detailed in project drawings. Replace traffic coating as detailed in project drawings. Restripe stalls and pavement markings as detailed in project drawings. Install ADA signage as detailed in project drawings. Remove wheel stops as detailed in project drawings. Install supplementary area drains as detailed in project drawings. Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, Thorough cleaning of the project site
