Site work for a civil project in Mason, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the removal of an existing electrical cabinet housing an Eaton variable frequency drive (VFD) for High Service Pump No. 1 and replacing it with a new Danfoss FC-202 AQUA Series Custom Drive 125 hp VFD, including free-standing cabinet and the rebuilding of an existing 16-inch Val-Matic 150B butterfly valve. All work is located within the Mason Water Treatment Plant, 1417 Avery Lane, Mason, MI 48854. Construction shall be coordinated (to the extent practical) with the draining of the 1-million-gallon ground storage tank. The Owner may increase or decrease the scope of work in this project to match funds available. If mutually agreeable, unit prices may be extended into 2022 for that annual street program, taking into account an annual allowance for the cost of liquid asphalt. complete the WORK within 180 consecutive calendar days thereafter. The third bond shall be a Maintenance and Guarantee Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price
