Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mason, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the removal of portions of masonry walls constructed between the original pavilion columns, relocation of the sanitary sewer lift station to beyond the footprint of the pavilion, removal and replacement of the roof, relocation of the electrical boxes, addition of outlets around the pavilion and other miscellaneous work items that would normally be expected with a project of his type. All work must be completed on or before June 15, 2022.
