PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELIZABETH REQUEST FOR BIDS Bid Advertisement The Parking Authority of the City of Elizabeth, Elizabeth New Jersey, hereby advertises for public bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(a, b). Maintenance for the Amano McGann Metric Multi-Space Meters Bid Opening: Thursday, February 17, 2022 10 a.m. All bids must be submitted to the Parking Authority of the City of Elizabeth in a sealed envelope marked "SEALED BID" and as stated in the BID PROCESS REQUIREMENTS (page 3) on the front of the envelope/package. Bid documents may be downloaded from the web at http://www.elizabethparking.org/pub/notice ; e -mail calma@elizabethparking.org; or picked up at 233 Commerce Place Elizabeth, NJ 07201. Please call in advance if picking up a copy at 908-353-0949. Anyone downloading bid specifications from our website must review the Parking Authority for any notice of addenda. Any questions regarding clarification of the bid specifications must be sent to the Parking Authority in writing or email to calma@elizabethparking.org and will be accepted up until 10 days prior to the bid. The Parking Authority of the City of Elizabeth reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part; to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids, which in its discretion, within State law, are for the best interest of the Parking Authority of the City of Elizabeth. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the deadline. "Elizabeth Parking Authority" or "Parking Authority' may be used interchangeable with the Parking Authority of the City of Elizabeth.
