The Intent of this Invitation to Bid is for the City of Bridgeport to obtain total cost information for the renovation and modernization of the existing public restroom structure located at Newfield Park, 104 Eagle Street, Bridgeport, CT, to include: Demolition of existing roof, walls, doors & frame, electrical and plumbing General construction, new finishes, walls, doors and new roof Electrical work: Revise existing service and power panel and replace all electrical devices for wiring Mechanical work: Install solar power and exhaust fans Plumbing work: Revise existing service and install new piping and fixtures This lump sum shall include all material, labor, equipment, gas and/or diesel, permits, services specified or implied, necessary to perform this project per attached project specifications, bid set and scope of work to be supplied by the Architect, Wiles Architect.
