Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in St George, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This is for the procurement of A/E services for DSU utility tunnel expansion, including upsizing existing piping and adding cooling capacity for future growth. Project scope includes/but may not be limited to the following Add new cooling tower(s) to support cooling needs for additional campus buildings Will require expanding the existing enclosure where the current cooling towers are located Size new piping to support future construction of buildings and expansion. Study/anaylsis to be performed to confirm what capacity is needed to support future growth Demo of existing piping to upsize for new needs. Extend utility tunnel with piping. Shoring or sloped excavation for new tunnel Demo asphalt and landscaping area, restore to previous state after tunnel is completed.
