Project consists of a new educational facility. (Site work has bid separately.) Work includes classrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, media centers, gym, art classroom, music/band classrooms, and chorus classrooms. Scope includes but is not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Roofing, Aluminum Canopies, Concrete, Steel, Rebar, CMU/Brick, Stone Veneer, Masonry Accessories, Painting, Sprayed foam insulation, Sheetrock, Acoustical Ceilings, Acoustical Sound Panels, Carpet, VCT, Epoxy Terrazzo, Quarry Tile, Athletic Wood Flooring, Lockers, Bleachers, Athletic Equipment, Library Furniture, Millwork, Science Casework, Kitchen Equipment, Firestopping/Fire Spray, Joint Sealants, Louvers, Toilet Partitions/Accessories, Storefront, Curtain Wall, Wood Doors, Hollow Metal Frames, Elevator, etc. All minority business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The project is located at Old Sudlow Lake Road near Belvedere Clearwater Road., in the City of North Augusta SC. The project was part of the $90 million bond approved on May 1, 2018.
