Renovation of an educational facility in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Roof Replacement - University of Wisconsin In general, the work consists of: removal of approximately 14,200 square feet of existing roof system, related 53 flashings, and existing insulation down to the structural roof deck at the designated portions of the Science 54 Building. New insulation and fully-adhered EPDM roof system shall be installed atop the prepared roof 55 deck. Designated previously decommissioned roof top mechanical equipment shall be removed. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. MBE (3%), WBE (13%)
