Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The work under this contract shall consist of, but is not limited to: removal of the existing membrane roofing, repair of the roof deck, installation of new EPDM roofing, carpentry, metal flashing and trim, metal siding, metal soffit and facia, concrete surface repair, salvage and reinstallation of lighting, salvage and reinstallation of video camera, removal of miscellaneous stage rigging and electrical, and site cleanup.
