Reference number : 1564717 Review Title : Preventive maintenance and repair of the lift gates at the Olympic Park Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 The contractor must accompany its bid with a bid security valid for the period of validity of the bids and correspond to one or other of the following amounts: (Part A / Annex E) a) 10% of the estimated amount of the contract if the guarantee is provided in the form of a bond issued by a company legally authorized to stand surety and in accordance with the provisions of the attached form; or (b) 5% of the estimated contract amount if the security is provided by certified cheque, money order, draft, irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, credit union or trust company, or and which complies with the provisions of the attached form, bonds payable to bearer issued or guaranteed by the Government of Quebec or the Government of Canada, or when an intergovernmental agreement applies, by the government of the territory concerned , and whose term does not exceed five (5) years. At the request of the Olympic Park, the contractor must provide the labour, material and equipment necessary for the preventive maintenance and repair of the lift gates at the Olympic Park
