Installation of Complete Garden Improvements including and not limited to: Hard and Soft Scape Garden Landscaping, Demolition, Soil improvements and import, irrigation, electrical, planting, lighting, furnishings, walls, stone, wood, trellis, pavers, concrete, hand rails, signage, coordination - delivery of an estimated 600 pavers to stone engraver Etched In Stone, 1358 E. San Fernando Street, San Jose, CA 95116 then pick up and installation of custom engraved donor pavers as well as non-engraved pavers, concrete steps, concrete and decomposed granite pathways, stone and wood walls, trellis structure. The Engineer's estimated cost for the accomplishment of this work is $200,000. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the County of Marin shall accompany the proposal. The contractor shall possess a valid "Class B" License at time of bid submittal. Questions concerning the Bid should be submitted via Electronically no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022. Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening.
