The City of West Des Moines, Iowa, solicits interested parties to submit proposals for qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible Audio Visual Service providers. The Audio Visual Services will be used for City-sponsored events and performances at the Jamie Hurd Amphitheater (4100 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines IA, 50265). Mark outside of envelope with proposal subject, "Audio Visual Service Proposal". Envelope should contain pages 7-10 of this document completed in their entirety. Additional pages may be included if necessary. Proposals received after the announced time and date of receipt, by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the U.S. Postal Service, the internal mail delivery system of the City, or any other means of delivery employed by the Contractor. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or restrict competition. The City of West Des Moines reserves the right to award in part or in whole or to reject any or all proposals. The City reserves the right to choose any number of qualified finalists to interview and/or for final selection. At the discretion of the City, one or more Proposers may be invited to be interviewed for purposes of clarification or discussion of their proposal. Any proposal submitted MUST be signed by an individual authorized to bind the proposer. All proposal submitted without such signature will be deemed non-responsive and will not be acceptable.
