Site work for a municipal facility in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
As of 03/15/2022 This project has been awarded to Lit Communities. As of 03/15/2022 The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. The successful Bidder will perform the work outlined in the Contract Documents. The work includes expanding the Medina County Fiber Network backbone and constructing new backbone, laterals and distribution fiber paths in the western and southern geographies of Medina County. The Port Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Technicalities, to Request Additional Bids and to Otherwise Proceed in Accordance With the Best Interests of the Port Authority. Under No Circumstance Will the Port Authority Be Responsible for Any Costs Incurred by Any Bidder in Responding to This Request for Bids. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Port Authority based upon the materials submitted and any mutually agreeable negotiations completed between the parties.
