Question Submission Deadline: January 3, 2024, 1:00pm A Pre-Proposal Meeting is not scheduled Foothills Nature Preserve located in Palo Alto is composed of 1,400 acres and provides a wide variety of outdoor activities to the community. Increased use of the park in the past few years has created conflicts between vehicles and pedestrians. As a means of providing clear and separated paths of travel, an initial review was conducted by City staff and the Parks and Recreation Commission (PRC) Ad Hoc committee. To further develop and complete the overall preserve accessibility plan as well as implementation of the plan, the City is requesting proposals by qualified firms
