As a means of providing clear and separated paths of travel, an initial review was conducted by City staff and the Parks and Recreation Commission (PRC) Ad Hoc committee. To further develop and complete the overall preserve accessibility plan as well as implementation of the plan, the City is requesting proposals by qualified firms
