For furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals required for installation and testing of a fiber optic cable in an existing conduit adjacent to Kearney's Utility Department Building, as well as approximately 8,840 LF of new conduit and fiber optic line and conduit for proposed new water tower construction, and work incidental thereto for WATER UTILITY COMMUNICATION LINE, as per drawings and specifications now on file at the Office of the City Clerk.
