The City of Monterey ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to conduct a Feasibility Study to determine how the Monterey Public Safety Facility at 351 Madison St. and 600/610 Pacific Street, Monterey, CA 93940, should meet community needs now and through the coming decades. The City is a charter city located in the County of Monterey. ** All questions or requests for interpretations must be submitted via the City's e procurement portal, ProcureNow, at least ninety-six (96) hours before the proposal submission deadline. If found necessary, interpretation or correction will be made by written addendum, which will be posted on the e-procurement portal, ProcureNow, and available to all proposers and potential proposers. Such addenda are to be considered as part of this Request for Proposal and shall be binding on all proposers. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
