Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of February 18 the project is set to be awarded on March 9, 2022. This project consists of replacing the electronic components in a vault including the fan, sump pump, lights, boxes, and a valve actuator. This project also includes some mechanical work for replacing ventilation piping, sump piping, and other items as specified on the drawing. The work requires road closure and traffic control, as well as trenching and restoration in the street and sidewalk. This project involved removing and disposing of the materials in the vault at 4700 South 5600 West marked for demolition on the plan drawings. Then obtaining and installing the required new equipment. This equipment includes: o One valve actuator for a 30" Butterfly Valve o One sump pump, one fan, and one flood switch o Two lights The project also involves placing concrete for a new RTU pedestal and a new vent pad. In addition, the project involves trenching in a roadway and sidewalk and restoring everything disturbed to pre-construction condition. The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Award of Purchase Order. If the work is not completed within the specified time frame, the bidder herein agrees to accept liquidated damages in the amount of $100 per day. Award of Purchase O rder, if awarded, will be made within 60 calendar days of the opening of bids, based upon the lowest cost responsive bid A Bid bond, Performance Bond, and payment bond are required for any bid exceeding $50,000 as required by Utah state law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner.
