Site work for a civil project in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of March 8, 2022, project has not yet been awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded tomorrow. This project consists of replacing corroded butterfly valves, couplers, and pipe on the inlet piping of three pumps in an existing pumphouse. The new piping shall be epoxy coated to JVWCD standards. The inlet piping is located in a pit within the pump station, removal and reinstallation of grating will be required to perform the work. The work also involves improving the water drain lines inside the pit to reduce moisture on the piping. A Bid bond, Performance Bond, and payment bond are not required for any bid under $50,000 as required by Utah state law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner
